Marissa Moss, Editor-in-Chief
Marissa is currently a senior at Vernon Hills High School and this is her third year on the Scratching Post staff. During her sophomore year, Marissa was a staff reporter, then during her junior year, she became Managing Editor. Now, she is Editor-in-Chief. After graduation, she will continue her academic pursuits at Indiana University, Bloomington and major in Sports Broadcast Journalism and minor in Sports Marketing and Management. Her dream job is to work for ESPN at the Los Angeles, California location. Marissa thoroughly enjoys writing, reading, eating, and playing with her German Shepherd puppy, Zeus. She hopes her readers enjoy this brand new website along with its many tantalizing news stories, vivid photos, and fantastic features.
