Kristofer Hughes, Layout Editor
Kristofer has been a writer on The Scratching Post since his very first day at Vernon Hills High School, and is currently in his fourth year on the newspaper. He writes Entertainment articles (Reviews of TV/Movies/Video Games) and news articles, and sets up and oversees the layout of each issue. Outside of the school newspaper, he writes creatively and play tons of video games. Kristofer loves any movie starring the actor Nicolas Cage as well as long walks on the beach. While he has a litany of skills, Kristofer is especially good at writing, comedy, and crying himself to sleep. His dream is to find get a degree in a field where he can secure a job he won't completely hate, so he can make enough money to eventually retire and live out his remaining days as a reclusive millionaire.
